About the house
Morisco is the name given to the Muslims who remained in Granada, after the conquest of the city by the Catholic Monarchs. The “Moriscos” craftsmen built houses using ornaments and materials that were already traditional in their architecture (plasterwork, arches, coffered ceilings) and other elements, Gothic and Renaissance, that began to arrive from other parts of Europe.

How to get to
In a privileged enclave, in the lower part of the Albayzin, declared by UNESCO “World Heritage” at the end of the Cra. del Darro, next to the Paseo de los Tristes and in front of the Alhambra, which can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes.

It is located in an incredibly quiet place, which you CAN ACCESS BY CAR TO THE DOOR WITH FREE PARKING. At the exit of the hotel, down the street, there is a bus stop that continuously connects the Albayzin with the center, the Alhambra and the Sacromonte, places that can be easily accessed by foot. You can also reach the city centre, the Cathedral and the main monuments by walking along the banks of the river Darro and in a few minutes.
